carrots peeled & sliced
celery chopped
broccoli
cauliflower
sweet potatoe, red and or white diced
red, green, yellow and or orange pepper sliced
onion sliced
zuchini
tomato
chopped dill
oregano & basil & thyme
salt & pepper
Chop up your veggies whatever kind your family enjoys and place on baking sheet, drizzle on EVOO (extra vergin olive oil) sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil & oregano. Chop dill if you like and sprinkle over. Broil for 10 -15 min. watching so as not to burn, turning every once in a while till slightly browned.

Mmmm...that looks so good. It would have to include about 5 pounds of mushrooms for Devin's liking. :) Thanks for sharing.
you could probably add them too i'm sure, i also had bean sprouts in there, so just about anything goes
