
1 cup whole wheat macaroni
1 clove garlic minced
2 large carrots chopped
1 celery stick chopped
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 lrg. onion chopped
1 medium zucchini chopped
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 bay leaves
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 jar diced or whole tomatoes
8 cups chicken broth ( or 8 cups water & 3 Tbsp. chicken oxo)
1 cup sliced left over chicken
In large pot throw in all your veggies with chicken broth and cook until veggies are tender, about 10 min, add jar of tomatoes , thyme, bay leaves & beans, add uncooked macaroni and simmer for another 15 or so min. until pasta is done. Add black pepper, & serve hot.

if your not so much into beans i'd just do one can of beans next time, the recipe actually called for three diff kinds of beans, so depends on your likes, also forgot to put in strain and rinse beans if your using canned. It also called for 6 cloves garlic, we're not into that so much so i've adjusted the recipe to how i made it, ah, that's the way i cook lol!!
