This is a tasty way to do potatoes. I just put it together from memory - don't know if there was once a recipe or not. This is a great addition to steak or anything else from the bbq.Oven Potatoes
5 or 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, chopped
3 or 4 carrots (optional)
1/4 cup or so green pepper (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with seasoning salt, pepper and about a 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Melt 1/4 cup margarine and pour over top. Mix and put in 350 oven for about an hr.
We like them with either ketchup, bbq sauce or sour cream.

i would so love this, i'll try this at the cabin on the BBQ, wrapped in tin foil should work just as well.
Ooooh. At the lake on a BBQ! That sounds like my kind of thing. I'm it would work just dandy!
