It's a blog post! I have decided that I'm the absolute worst recipe blog contributor ever. You probably think I don't cook for my family, or that they eat a heart healthy mac & cheese dinner every day. Although I love Mac & cheese as much as the next mom, I feel somewhat guilty over serving it to my children. But oh how I love it.
Yesterday I made home made noodles (keilke) and cream gravy (don't even ask for the Mennonite spelling on that one!). Did I take a picture? No. Did I add the recipe to this blog? No.
My apologies. I'll try to be more on top of this stuff in the near (or present) future!

Learning how to make kielke is on my to do list. And perogies. I may need to call my Grandma for lessons!
Keilke is easy! It's in the Mennonite Treasury cookbook (don't pretend you don't have it!). I've never made perogies, but I'd love to learn too.
Oh I have the Mennonite Treasury all right! I'll have to give it a try next time I feel ambitious!
Hey, when you have us over, can we have kielke, please pretty please :)???
I've made perogies!!! Eating them is a lot more fun than making them...
I'm with you on that one Candice! Although, making them can be fun when you make a day of it with your mom!
