1 can mushroom soup (i usually do 2 or 3)
2 cans of mushrooms
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp Worcester sauce
2 pounds of beef (stewing beef, beef roast, steak, whatever!)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 pkg cream cheese, cubed
- Cut your beef into strips, and brown it in the vegetable oil.
- Put all ingredients (except cream cheese) into the slow-cooker.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours
- Add cream cheese about an hour from the end.
- Serve over noodles.
